Welcome to Leak Finders. Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using our website or scheduling our plumbing and leak detection services. By accessing our site or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Leak Finders provides residential and commercial plumbing diagnostics, advanced leak detection (including thermal and acoustic imaging), utility line repairs, and general plumbing services to Richmond, VA, and surrounding areas.

2. Appointments and Estimates

Scheduling: Appointments can be requested online or over the phone. While we offer 24/7 emergency services, standard scheduling is subject to technician availability.
Estimates: Free estimates are provided exclusively for major projects, including main sewer and water line replacements. General leak detection and diagnostics are subject to standard dispatch and diagnostic fees, which will be communicated upfront.

3. Pricing and Payment

Upfront Pricing: We provide transparent pricing via our Direct Pricing Guide before structural repair work begins.
Payment Terms: Payment is due immediately upon completion of the requested services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing or structured through our approved financing partners. We accept major credit cards, cash, and checks.

4. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a safe and efficient service environment, property owners or authorized representatives must:

Ensure an adult (18+) is present at the property for the duration of the service.
Provide clear, safe access to all plumbing fixtures, meters, crawlspaces, or suspected leak zones.
Disclose any known property hazards, prior unpermitted plumbing work, or structural issues before our technicians begin work.

5. Warranties and Guarantees

Leak Finders stands behind its work. Specific service and parts warranties vary by the type of repair performed. All applicable warranties will be explained to you in writing on your final invoice. Warranties are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Limitation of Liability

Leak Finders uses non-invasive technology to minimize property damage. However, some diagnostic or repair processes may require access cuts to drywall, flooring, or concrete. Leak Finders is not liable for pre-existing property damage, mold, water damage that occurred before our arrival, or unavoidable minor wear-and-tear resulting from necessary repair access.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and any service agreements made with Leak Finders shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
